OpenNetworks CRM database, why use it?

Pricing

OpenNetworks CRM is R500 per month + R100 per user, per month + optional monthly support at R350 per hour. This allows up to 10,000 contacts, includes 100 SMS units, about 5000 emails and regular system upgrades.

There is also a once-off cost for training and implementation. This amount varies depending on the number of users, however typical implementations cost between R14,900 (5 Users) and R57,650 (50 Users). Additional SMS rates are between 19c and 29c (local).

How it works

We load your contact details onto the system from your spreadsheets or export from Outlook - or you type them in the good old fashioned way. Now you and your staff can access all customer details. SMS groups of people, personalised, interactive and with message logs. You can email groups of people, by name, in colour.

You can search through your database using almost any criteria you might need, and you can update your client contact details using an automated system, utilising both email and sms. Clients can register for a mailing list from your website. Keep notes, and information about your contacts. Event management: Name Tags, Email invitations and RSVP's of delegates, Address labels, customisable event checklists, Delegate lists. Web registration for events.
