The "why" answers could include things like:

Whatever your "why" answer is, it must be of some value to you. The value can be interpreted as emotional value, spiritual value, economic value, etc.
The "what" answer should be a simple definition of your primary task or goal. For example, starting a business that teaches skills to unemployed people has many individual tasks but one primary task / goal. The primary task of teaching unemployed people certain skills is the primary objective. The specifics of it will come later on in the "how" section
Your "why" and "what" answers will give you a long term goal as well as a reason to persevere.
